A Private Motherhood Intensive for Muslim Mothers Who Want to Feel Calmer, More Confident, and Enjoy Motherhood Again
You love your children. You are grateful to be their mother. But sometimes motherhood feels much heavier than you thought it would.
Maybe you're constantly overwhelmed. You're losing your patience more than you'd like. The house, meals, routines, children, appointments, responsibilities, and never-ending mental load are wearing you down.
Maybe guilt follows you everywhere. You wonder whether you're doing enough, whether you're doing it right, or why everyone else seems to be handling motherhood better than you.
Or perhaps somewhere between taking care of everyone else, you lost yourself. You don't need to become a perfect mother. You may simply need a reset.
The Motherhood Reset gives us eight private sessions to step back, look at what is really making motherhood difficult for you, simplify what isn't working, reconnect with yourself and your children, and create a more peaceful way of mothering.
The Motherhood Reset:
Over 8 private sessions across 8–10 weeks, we will work through four phases:
PHASE ONE: UNDERSTAND
Session 1 — Understand Your Motherhood
What motherhood currently feels like, what is overwhelming you, your children's stages, responsibilities, what is working, what isn't, and what you want to change.
Session 2 — Understand Yourself as a Mother
Expectations, guilt, comparison, perfectionism, triggers, anger, impatience, control, self-doubt, strengths, and what you need.
PHASE TWO: RESET
Session 3 — Reset the Overwhelm
Priorities, routines, organization, simplifying, household expectations, saying no, asking for help, and removing unnecessary pressure.
Session 4 — Reset Your Responses
Anger, yelling, impatience, frustration, power struggles, taking behavior personally, pausing, and responding more intentionally.
PHASE THREE: RECONNECT
Session 5 — Understand & Connect With Your Children
Ages and stages, personalities, needs, behavior, listening, expectations, quality time, choosing battles, and strengthening connection.
Session 6 — Find Yourself Again
Health, rest, worship, personal space, interests, friendships, marriage, self-care, and remembering who you are beyond motherhood.
PHASE FOUR: RENEW
Session 7 — Bring Tranquility Back Into Your Home
Home atmosphere, routines, family connection, clutter, technology, meals, chores, faith, and creating a calmer home.
Session 8 — Create Your Tranquil Motherhood Plan
Review progress, identify priorities and essential routines, create a difficult-day plan, and complete your 90-Day Motherhood Renewal Plan.
Your Motherhood Reset includes:
8 private 60-minute mentoring sessions over 8–10 weeks

90-Day Motherhood Renewal Plan
This isn't a parenting course filled with more information for you to consume.
We are working on you, your motherhood, your children, your home, and the particular things making your life difficult right now.
The Motherhood Reset may be right for you if:
You feel overwhelmed or exhausted by motherhood
You're struggling with guilt, anger, or impatience
You aren't enjoying motherhood the way you want to
Your home and routines feel chaotic
You constantly feel behind
You want a better relationship with your children
You've lost yourself somewhere in motherhood
You need help simplifying your responsibilities
You want to become a calmer, more intentional mother
You want practical guidance rooted in your faith and real life
You don't need to know exactly what needs to change.
Part of our work together is figuring that out.
I am a mother of six and have spent more than twenty-six years raising children through babies, toddlers, childhood, teenage years, and young adulthood. I also homeschooled my children, so I understand what it is like when motherhood, home, education, marriage, and your own needs all collide.
My mentoring combines Islamic values, my background in psychology and education, years of studying and writing about motherhood, and most importantly, real-life experience.
I don't believe mothers need another impossible standard to live up to.
I believe in looking honestly at what we can improve while also learning to accept our limitations, release unnecessary guilt, simplify our lives, and stop expecting ourselves to do everything perfectly.
Sometimes you need better parenting tools. Sometimes you need better routines. Sometimes you need to change your own responses. And sometimes you are simply exhausted and need to stop carrying so much.
We will figure out which one it is together.
I don't mentor mothers from a pedestal.
I have lived the exhausting days, the messy homes, the sleepless nights, the sibling arguments, the homeschooling struggles, the guilt, the overwhelm, and the feeling that everyone needs something from you at the same time.
I've also learned that motherhood becomes much more peaceful when we stop fighting against what it is and start learning how to work with our children, our circumstances, and ourselves.
My goal isn't to make you dependent on mentoring.
I want to help you understand what isn't working, make practical changes, and give you tools you can continue using on your own.

You Don't Have to Keep Struggling Through Motherhood
You can love your children deeply and still admit that motherhood has become too heavy.
You can be grateful and still need help.
You can be a good mother and still have things you need to change.
And you don't have to wait until you're completely burned out before doing something about it.
The goal isn't perfect motherhood.
It's becoming a mother who feels more peaceful within herself, more connected to her children, more confident in the way she mothers, and more able to enjoy the beautiful role Allah SWT has given her.
It's time to reset your motherhood.
