A Private Marriage Intensive for Muslim Wives Who Want a Better Relationship With Their Husband and To Feel Fulfilled
You love your husband and want your marriage to work, but somewhere along the way, things have become harder than they should be.
Maybe you keep having the same arguments. You don't feel heard or understood. Resentment has started creeping in. You've become more like roommates than husband and wife. Or perhaps nothing is terribly wrong, but you know your marriage could be better.
You don't have to wait until your marriage is falling apart to invest in it.
The Marriage Reset gives us eight private sessions to step back, understand what is really happening in your marriage, change unhealthy patterns, rebuild connection, and create a practical path forward.
This isn't about becoming the perfect wife or learning how to control your husband.
It is about understanding your marriage and learning what you can realistically do to make it better.
The Marriage Reset Program
Over 8 private sessions across 8–10 weeks, we will work through four phases:
PHASE ONE: UNDERSTAND
Session 1 — Understand Your Marriage
Your current dynamic, recurring patterns, expectations, concerns, what works, what doesn't, and what is within your control.
Session 2 — Understand Yourself as a Wife
Your triggers, reactions, expectations, communication habits, resentment, needs, strengths, and personal responsibility without self-blame.
PHASE TWO: CHANGE
Session 3 — Understand Your Husband
Male/female differences, stress responses, respect, appreciation, emotional needs, and seeing his perspective without excusing unhealthy behavior.
Session 4 — Communicate Differently
Complaining versus communicating, criticism, defensiveness, listening, asking for what you need, timing, tone, and escalation.
PHASE THREE: RECONNECT
Session 5 — Respect, Appreciation & Friendship
Goodwill, appreciation, friendship, positive interactions, and making your marriage feel like a relationship rather than simply a household partnership.
Session 6 — Affection, Romance & Intimacy
Emotional and physical connection, affection, attraction, romance, intimacy, and communication.
PHASE FOUR: RENEW
Session 7 — Conflict, Resentment & Difficult Seasons
Home atmosphere, routines, family connection, clutter, technology, meals, chores, faith, and creating a calmer home.
Session 8 — Create Your Tranquil Marriage Plan
Review your progress, identify what still needs attention, establish ongoing marriage practices, and create your 90-Day Marriage Renewal Plan.
Your Marriage Reset includes:
8 private 60-minute mentoring sessions over 8–10 weeks
Marriage Assessment
Marriage Reset Workbook
Personalized weekly action steps
Between-session email support
Progress review
90-Day Marriage Renewal Plan
This isn't a prerecorded course or a collection of generic marriage advice. We are working on your marriage, your concerns, and your particular situation together.
The Marriage Reset may be right for you if:
You keep having the same arguments
Communication has become difficult
You feel emotionally disconnected
Resentment is building
You want to understand your husband better
You want more friendship, affection, or intimacy
You recognize patterns in yourself that you want to change
You want practical, faith-centered marriage guidance
Your marriage isn't necessarily falling apart, but you know it needs attention
You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what is wrong. Part of our work together is figuring that out.
I have been married for over twenty-six years, and much of what I share comes not only from studies but also from living marriage myself.
My mentoring combines Islamic values, practical marriage guidance, my background in psychology, relationships, communication, and years of mentoring Muslim women.
I believe strongly in personal responsibility without self-blame.
Marriage involves two people. Your husband is responsible for his behavior, choices, and relationship with Allah SWT, and you are responsible for yours.
We will look honestly at your communication, expectations, reactions, boundaries, needs, and contribution to the marriage without making you responsible for things that belong to your husband.
Understanding your part does not mean taking responsibility for his.
I don't mentor women from a place of having a perfect marriage or having all the answers.
I bring more than twenty-six years of marriage, motherhood, teaching, writing, studying relationships, and mentoring Muslim women into our conversations.
I will listen to the whole story, ask questions, help you look beneath the surface, and give you practical guidance that you can actually apply in your marriage.
My goal isn't to make you dependent on mentoring. My goal is to help you see your marriage more clearly and leave with the tools to continue moving forward yourself.

When The Marriage Reset Is Not the Right Fit
The Marriage Reset is mentoring and education. It is not therapy, licensed marriage counseling, legal advice, or emergency support.
If you are experiencing physical violence, immediate danger, coercion, serious abuse, or circumstances requiring specialized professional intervention, please seek appropriate professional, legal, or emergency support.
I also cannot guarantee that your husband will change or that a particular marriage outcome will occur.
What we can work on is helping you understand your marriage, make wiser decisions, improve what is within your influence, and become more intentional about how you show up within it.
A Better Marriage Can Begin With One Person Doing Something Differently
You cannot control everything that happens in your marriage. But you don't have to remain stuck in the same patterns either.
Sometimes change begins when you finally understand what has been happening, stop repeating what isn't working, and begin approaching your marriage differently.
You don't have to wait until your marriage is falling apart. Invest in your marriage today.

Every marriage and family situation is different. The information and guidance provided during mentoring are intended to help you develop greater understanding, self-awareness, and practical strategies, but specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
